Innes competed in 60m sprint and Long Jump achieving a Season's best in both.
Quentin achieved a new PB in 60m.
U13G
Rowan had a great start to the year! New PBs in 60m sprint, 60mH and also Shot Put!
Jenna too had a fabulous start to the year! New PBs in 60m sprint and 60mH as well as a SB in Long Jump.
U15G
Gemma competed in 60m, 60mH and Long Jump.
Holly achieved new PBs in 60m and 60mH and also competed in Shot Put.
Lillia equalled her PB in 60m.
Amelie gained a new PB in 60m and a SB in Long Jump.
Ruby competed in 60m and achieved a new PB.
Sylvie achieved new PBs in 60m and also in Shot Put.
Iona achieved new PBs in 60m and also in Long Jump.
U17W
Anna achieved a new PB in Triple Jump and a SB in Long Jump.
Lexi achieved SB performance in all events: 60mH, Long Jump and Triple Jump.
Evie achieved a SB in Triple Jump.
Ava achieved a new PB in Long Jump. She achieved SB in Triple Jump and 60m.
Georgia achieved new PBs in Long Jump and Shot Put. She achiedved a SB in 60mH.
Kathryn achieved a new PB in 60mH and a SB in Long Jump.
Lauren achieved SBs in 60m and also in Long Jump.
U17M
Alexander ahcieved a SB in 60m Sprint.
Andrew achieved new PBs in 60m and 60mH. He achieved a SB in Triple Jump.
Ruaridh achieved SBs in 60m Sprint and Shot Put.
U20M
Tom achieved SBs in 60m Sprint and also in 60mH.
U20W
Tmasin achieved a SB in 60m.
V45
Andrew achieved SB in 60m.
All in all a great day which reflects that all of the strength training done over the Winter months is beginning to pay off.
