Knockando Platinum Jubilee Horizontal Jumps Meet - 7th of August

This event takes place in a small, friendly setting. This year, to mark the Jubilee Year all participants received special engraved medals. Over the course of the Summer this Jumps Series gave the athletes valuable practise and experience.
There were PBs for Jenna in Long Jump and for Tom in Triple Jump at the first meet in April. In May, Jenna bet her previously set PB in Long Jump and a new PB was set for Andrew in Long Jump. On the 28th May Rowan and Sylvie achieved new PBs in Long Jump. Archie achieved a new PB in Triple Jump. In the final meet Andrew achieved a new PB in Triple Jump and Innes set a new PB in long jump.
Huge thanks go to Margery Swinton, all officials and helpers who made this possible. In addition to the medals the athletes were delighted to receive their special cupcakes after each event.
