Knockando Last Gasp Jumps Meet - 30th Sept - 1st Sept 2023

On a very unexpectedly blustery Friday afternoon a number of athletes gathered at Knockando to participate in the Last Gasp Jumps meet. Due to the huge gusts, the competition could not go ahead and was rescheduled for the following afternoon. Instead, the athletes played team games, played in the Outdoor Gym and then had cake!
However, by Saturday afternoon, the wait was worthwhile. A perfect, almost wind free, afternoon was the reward for their patience.
Competing in Triple Jump was Gemma who achieved a super new PB.
Competing in Long Jump were Kirsty, John, Rowan, Ted, Gemma and Dougal. They all jumped really well, with most setting new PBs and others jumping very close to their PBs. It was a small group but they enjoyed a really lovely afternoon of jumping.
