North District Championships - 10/11 May - Inverness

The sun shone brightly on the North District Championships in Inverness on May 10th and 11th, and 8 athletes braving the heat to perform brilliantly for EAAC.
U13's
- Erin: Ran 13.93, a PB, in her 100m heat and finished joint 6th in the 100m final; all 8 finalists seperated by less than a second! Jumped a 3.98 PB in long jump, finishing 4th and a step closer to her 4m goal.
U15's
- Sylvie: Ran 14.18 in her 100m heat, and 15.13 in the final finishing 7th. Came 8th in the long jump with a PB of 3.92, reaching closer to her 4m goal.
- Donald: Bronze in long jump with a 4.36 PB. Straight final for the U15 boys in the 100m, with Donald running 14.27, coming 4th.
- Quentin: Finished 6th in the 200m, with a time of 29.40.
U17's
- Lexi: Double medals for Lexi with Gold in triple jump with a 10.51 leap and Silver in long jump with a jump of 4.92.
- Ava: Gold for Ava in the 200m with a time of 26.75. Bronze in the 100m with a time of 13.31, and 13.11 in her heat. Bronze in shot put with a distance of 8.92m.
- Andrew: Another EAAC Gold for Andrew in the triple jump with a 12.29m PB. Bronze in high jump, matching his 1.60m PB, and finished 5th in the 200m with a 24.95 PB.
U20's
- Tom: Tom competed in the Open events, running a 62.51 in the 400mH and 17.41 in the 110mH at a Senior height.
