Nineteen Elgin (and Knockando) athletes made the slightly shorter journey up to Knockando for the first meet in a series of four.  Both Long Jumping and Triple Jumping took place.  It was a beautiful, almost wind free day, and many PBs were set and broken.  This meet was planned and organised by Margery Swinton.

On a slightly warmer day Elgin hosted a Track Open at Queen's Park, Inverness.  We had 15 athletes competing and there was a strong turnout from Stornaway and Inverness too.

On the 24th March Inverness Harriers held a meeting called 'Under the Lights' to mark the opening of their new floodlights.  Whilst it was a very chilly evening we had 18 athletes competing and 15 PBs were set or broken.
