Moray Secondary Schools Jumps Competition - 23rd June 2023
On Friday 23rd June, a new event came to town! The first of it's kind in a long time, as Knockando hosted a Moray Secondary Schools Jumps Competition. This involved a Long Jump and a Triple Jump Competition.

Moray Primary Schools Long Jump Competition - 16th June 2023 - Knockando
This year a new Moray Primary Schools Jumps Competition was initiated at Knockando. Fifteen Primary school athletes took part, representing nine Moray Primary Schools.

Grampian League - 11th June 2023 - Inverness
Twenty-seven athletes competed in the Grampian League Competition in Inverness. This is meet 3 of a series and hopefully some of our teams will make it through to the finals.

Scottish Sec. Schools National Championships - Track and Field - Grangemouth - 9th and 10th June 2023
Fourteen Elgin Athletes proudly competed for their respective schools in the Scottish Secondary Schools National Championships on the 9th and 10th of June in Grangemouth. There were 39 performances, 4 club records, 11 PBs, 6 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals, 2 Bronze Medals and 1 Championship Best Performance.
This is an enormous competition, with Secondary Schools represented from all over Scotland.

Youth Development League - Meet 3 - Inverness - 4th June 2023
Ten Elgin Athletes competed at the YDL Meet 3 in Inverness on the 4th June. There were many PBs set and achieved.

Scottish Secondary Schools National Championships - Combined Events
Two of our Elgin athletes, representing Elgin High School, made the journey down to Grangemouth to compete in the Scottish Secondary Schools Combined Events.

Knockando Horizontal Jumps Meet - 28th May 2023 - Knockando
Twelve EAAC athletes made the slightly shorter journey up to Knockando on a beautiful, sunny day to compete in the second of 4 Horizontal Jumps Meets.

Scottish National Athletics League - 28th May 2023 - Aberdeen
Eight EAAC athletes made the journey through to Aberdeen to compete in the Scottish National Athletics League. This is a league for U17 athletes and above.

Scottish Athletics Jumps and ThrowsGP 2 - 21 May 2023 - Grangemouth
Three EAAC athletes made the journey down to Grangemouth for the Jumps and Throws Grand Prix on the 21st May.

Scottish Athletics North District Championships - 12th-13th May 2023 - Inverness
Elgin Amateur Athletics Club had a brilliant two days of competing in Inverness. Twenty-three of our athletes took part, with 63 performances. There were 21 Gold Medals, 12 Silver Medals and 7 Bronze medals.
In addition there were Championship Best Performances for Jenna Gage in 70m Hurdles, Holy Whittaker in 75m Hurdles, Anna Reid in High Jump and also in Triple Jump. Also, three Club Records were broken.
