Aberdeen Open Graded - 5th February 2023
Ten of our athletes made their way to Aberdeen on Sunday to take part in the Open Graded Meeting run by AAC. There were 7PBs today.

Senior and U17 National Indoor Championships - 4/2/23
Nine of our U17 and Senior Athletes made the journey down to Glasgow (some for the third trip in a week) to compete in the Senior and U17 National Indoor Championships. There were 5 PBs, 2 Club Records, 1 Silver Medal and 1 Bronze Medal.

Scottish Schools Athletic Association Indoor Championships 31st Jan - 1st Feb 2023
Twelve of our athletes represented their schools in the Scottish Schools Athletic Association Indoor Championships in Glasgow. This is a huge competition which, this year, saw 212 schools competing.
Representing Elgin Academy were Lillia, Lauren, Ava, Iris and Anna.
Representing Elgin High School were Ruaridh, Gemma, Holly, Lexi, Georgia and Kathryn.
Representing Keith Grammer was Tom.

National Indoor Combined Events Championships 28th - 29th January 2023
Five of our athletes made the journey down to Glasgow to compete in the Combined Events Championships. Holly competed in U15G. Anna, Iris, Kathryn and Georgia competed in U17W. The Combined Events (or Pentathlon) comprises of five events in one day: Shot Put, Long Jump, 60mHurdles, High Jump and 800m.

Two teams headed down to Glasgow for the National Indoor Relay Championships.

Scottish Athletics National Open 21/01/23 Glasgow
Nine of our EAAC Athletes made the journey down to Glasgow for the Scottish Athletics National Open. It was a great day out and some new PBs into the mix.

Aberdeen Open Graded - Sunday 15th January
A super day of Personal Bests was had at the Aberdeen Open on Sunday. Twenty-four of our atheletes travelled through to Aberdeen to get their 2023 off to a great athletic start!

Aberdeen Open Graded 15th December 2022
Eighteen of our Athletes made their way through to Aberdeen on a rather snowy day to compete in the first of this Season's Open Graded Sessions. There were a significant number of PBs.

An amazing day was had by all at our Annual Club Championships.

Outdoor Season Rankings Success
As the Outdoor Season came to a close it was worth a wee peek at the astonishing rankings achieved by many of the athletes in our, not so large, club. Every athlete has their own journey and the rankings don't always reflect where the athletes started this year, or mention those whose PBs have vastly improved. However the statistics below really stand out and make for interesting reading.
